Last week, people around the world laughed, cried, shouted, prayed, rejoiced, moaned, groaned and growled when Obama was elected as the 44th president of the United States. It's been a week since the election and things seem to be simmering down as far as the laughing, crying, shouting, praying and rejoicing go. *purposely leaving out the rest of the sentiments*
The question I pose is that now that Obama has been elected, what's next? Where do we go from here? What plans do we now begin to implement, independent of the election's results? More specifically, I should ask, how has the election outcome changed how you operate? And, by that, I mean from a "doing" perspective, not just a "talk" perspective.
