Master Cleanser: Day 2

Comments

I'm sure you've come across "O's" blog on Blogsome. He did the mastercleanse and everything you've noted here he's mentioned. He said at first it was difficult but became much much easier as the days went by. He would take his mom to lunch and dinner and not have any cravings. He said it stopped any pains he had and cleaned him out good.

I wanted to do it but never did. Simply because the gas and bathroom runs it produces would kill my co workers! LOL Therefore one day when I have some time off I may go ahead and try it. He lost 10lbs too! But thats the least of the benefits!

Can't wait to read about your cleansing journey!

Ummm happy non-turkey day?
Umm update please! loL
So how's that working out for you? I don't think I could do it.

Hi...

Just a comment that asthma is your body's way of fighting back...basically, it's an auto-immune response to inhaled allergens (heavy pollution maybe?). Wikipedia.org is a good info source. Good luck. And I do know someone who just did the Master Cleanse....just be sure to ease back into your regular diet so that you don't make yourself sick.

Okay Yolie...what's the word? I'm curious to know how it's going for you.
I updated--now, leave me alone. LOL And thanks for the advice goldenleo. I'll keep your words in mind as I continue my journey. ;-)
